Hon. State Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Affairs visited the Sri Lanka Institute of Local Governance on 21st December. During this visit, the State minister had a discussion with the staff. Dr Suratissa Dissanayake, Director/CEO of the institute explained the progress and current obstacles.
